Growing up in the Midwest the son of a preacher on the outskirts of Detroit, Michigan, Phillip has been in and around church all of his life.  In his rearing, he was pushed towards the auto plants or generic college bound career paths in human services.  Creative career paths were not considered as a viable option.  Being creative and entrepreneurial, Phillip was destined to rebel against the expressed and directed culture all while battling the clear call of God on His life.

Though arts and technology are a part of Phillip’s formal training, he has found great success as a business consultant in education, nonprofit management, marketing, brand management and startups.   Phillip has helped to launch education initiatives in 4 states, launch a number of churches and non-profit corporations, as well as a number of businesses.  Phillip currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Delodi Group, The Think Big Live Loud Foundation, The Creative Some, co-owner of Eva's Escape at the Gardenia Inn, and owner of Citywalk Music.  These are among a few of the current ventures that Phillip is intimately involved in.

Phillip is a husband to Grace and father to 8 year old daughter, Kylie Grace, 3 year old Eva Grace, and 18 month old, Prince Phillip.  They are all currently living in Seattle, Washington, where Phillip works as the MUSIC LEAD for CHURCHOME.  He continues to be in demand as a clinician, speaker, consultant, songwriter, and producer traveling throughout the country and abroad.
